The University of Glasgow's online Benefactor Wall is our way of saying thank you to our donors, past and present. Donors to building projects already have the chance to choose an inscription which will appear on a wall erected in the building they have supported - with the online Benefactor Wall, these donors can easily view that inscription, wherever they may be in the world. The Benefactor Wall also allows supporters of our non-building campaigns - such as the Chancellor's Fund, the Medical Fund and the Scholarships Fund - to specify their own inscriptions.
Unlike their traditional counterparts, inscriptions on the Benefactor Wall are not set in stone (or glass). Inscriptions for supporters of non-building projects will change as the gift accumulates - the higher the giving level, the more prominent the inscription. Also, if you are not happy with the text of your inscription as it appears on the wall, let us know and we can amend it for you.

To amend your inscription on the Benefactor Wall, either email us at benefactorwall@gla.ac.uk or write to us at the address below. Make sure to tell us your full name, the text of your original inscription and the project your donation supported, as well as the text of your amended inscription.
